At Rouz Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Savage Lingo (the "App"), and our website, savagelingo.app.

We operate with an "anonymous-first" philosophy. We do not require you to create an account with a name or email to use the App's core features.

When you access the App, we may automatically collect certain information:

• Device Identifiers: Unique anonymous identifiers to maintain your progress in the "Hero's Journey" and track your "Vibe" preferences.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, time spent on screens, and language learning progress.
• Technical Data: Device type, operating system version, and IP address (for security and analytical purposes).

• User Inputs: We collect the text prompts and "vibes" you input to generate translations and learning content.
• Support Communications: If you contact us via hq@rouzlabs.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message to provide support.

Savage Lingo utilizes third-party generative artificial intelligence to provide personalized language learning experiences.

• Data Sharing: Your text inputs are shared with Google Gemini (via API) to generate contextual translations and vocabulary.
• Explicit Consent: We obtain your explicit permission within the App before sharing any personal data or prompts with third-party AI systems.
• Usage Limits: We do not share your device identifiers or real-world identity with AI providers. Your prompts are used solely for real-time generation and are not used to train our third-party providers' foundational models.

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality.
• Personalize your "Hero's Journey" and "Autobiography Method" progress.
• Process in-app purchases through Apple or Google (we do not store your financial details).
• Improve App performance and fix technical bugs.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• AI Service Providers: Google Gemini (as disclosed in Section 2).
• Cloud Hosting: To store your anonymous progress securely.
• App Stores: Apple and Google for payment processing and distribution.

Under 2026 privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and App Store Accountability Acts), you have the right to:

• Access & Export: View or request a copy of the anonymous data associated with your device.
• Deletion: Permanently wipe your data from our systems.

• In-App: Go to Settings > Account Status and tap "Delete Account". This wipes all local and server-side anonymous records.
• Web-Based: Visit savagelingo.app/delete-data to submit a deletion request if you have already uninstalled the App.

Savage Lingo complies with COPPA and 2026 App Store Accountability Acts. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or higher, depending on local jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent.
