Data Minimization: These inputs are used strictly for real-time generation. We have configured our API integrations to prioritize data minimization, ensuring that your text is not used by third parties to train their foundational models.

We use collected information to:

Provide and improve our AI generation services
Enable content sharing features
Fix bugs and improve app performance
Analyze usage patterns to improve features

4. Data Retention

Generated audio files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not permanently store your generated content.

5. Zero Audio Collection Policy

No Audio Storage: Savage Lingo does not collect, record, or store any audio or voice data from its users. Our AI-generated roasts and "rizz" are synthesized entirely from text inputs.

Freestyle Feature: In the "Freestyle" mode, users provide their own text-based sentences. This text is processed in real-time to generate AI speech and is not used to identify you personally.

AI Synthesis: All voice output is generated using synthetic models provided by ElevenLabs. Because we do not collect your physical voice, no biometric "voiceprints" are ever created, stored, or shared by Rouz Labs LLC.

2. Description of Service

Savage Lingo is an AI-powered app that generates humorous text content and audio in multiple languages. The service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Savage Lingo to:

Harass, bully, or threaten others
Generate content that promotes violence or hatred
Impersonate others or create misleading content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use and share content generated by Savage Lingo. The app generates content for entertainment purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated using Savage Lingo may be shared freely. However, the app itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

6. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Savage Lingo or Rouz Labs LLC shall be settled by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Venue: The arbitration shall take place in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, unless otherwise agreed.

NO CLASS ACTIONS: You agree that you may bring claims against Rouz Labs LLC only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

7. "Savage" Content Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Content Responsibility: Savage Lingo utilizes generative AI (including Gemini and ElevenLabs APIs) to create "roasts," "rizz," and other comedic content. This content is for entertainment purposes only.

The "Savage" Rule: You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be unpredictable. You are solely responsible for the distribution or communication of any content generated by the app. Rouz Labs LLC is not liable for any social, professional, or legal consequences resulting from the content you choose to generate or share.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rouz Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of Savage Lingo is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
